Hi there. I have been visiting this site for the last six months and finally pulled my finger out and joined up. You all seem like a top bunch of people and full of good advise, so i hope some of you can help me help myself get big after new years. No i'm not looking for gear I've got my own, thanks any way. Right a little about me I'm 24yrs 5'10"@ 80kg. Have been training natrualy for the past 3 years mainly just to stay in shape, in that time on and off as a sparing partner for a kick boxing mate. I live on 46,000 acers with 600 cows in south/western QLD and train at home considering the closes gym is 160km away. I have nothing to ask of you yet I'm just using the seach button and learning the ins and outs of training on gear.

wow 160 km just to train?? that is dedication if u do it, but i think it would actually be cheaper to buy ur own weight set and save the money on gas welcome to the board though!

I would love to live on that much land. I guess you have to work hard though. I think it's a great lifestyle for people on land like that, much more peaceful, less wanks to deal with etc. I'm envious. Is it Muay Thai kick boxing. I did that when I was younger and yes I got kicked to death a few times sparing too
