Reverse green band press: 225x3, 315x3, 365x1, 385x1, 405xmiss twice, 315x3, 315x5*I had help with the last rep bent over lateral raises: seated t-bar low rows: snatch grip shrugs: exernal rotator with bands: hamstring curls: *Next week I am going to do board press's, and I am going to do hamstring curls three days in a row, then take one day off, then repeat, I am doing this to build my hamstring strength with is seriously lacking* Dave

Damn, your rev band bench is fucking coming back too! Thats great bench strength progress in the last few weeks.

I got lazy...I still post my PRs, but sometimes I forget those too!
