10/24 Dynamic SQ/DL 1. Box Squats: 210x8x3 with Light Bands Started on a higher box, but was slow-took one of the 1/2" sheets of plywood off and got much faster 2. Snatch Grip High Pulls: 185x4x3 Done I was feeling run down and it was cold in the garage. 10/26 Dynamic BP 1. DE BP: 95x3x3, 105x3x3, 115x2x3, 185xMiss (Brought the bar too high) Worked narrow to wide, with doubled mini bands. 2. 6-1 Boards Press: 155x5 with all boards-had to rack the bar before hitting the single board-Used a thumb on smooth grip 3. SSB Extensions: 50+Barx3x8 4. Chest Supported Row: 115x4x8 Super Set' 5a. Light Band Side Bends: 3x12 5b. Spread Eagle Situps: Light Bandx3x12 Erm
