Thick Bar Extensions: 2 Pair of Mini Bandsx5, One Pair of Mini Bandsx3x10 3. Reverse Grip Press with Thick Bar off Two Boards: 50+Doubled Mini Bandsx3x10 My "thick bar" is really an old piece 3" diameter of pipe, it weights next to nothing so I dd not count the weight of the bar 4. Zemmin Rows: 90x4x15 5. Rows to the Face: 45x3x15 6. Standing Abs: As many reps as I could get during a commercial break on WRIF 7. Kneeling Abs: Green Bandx4x12 Why do these hurt more than standing abs? 40 mintues Erm
