Parabolan

Howdy there fellas! I've been absent for quite some time i know, i just hope i haven't missed to much fun around here! Anyways, just got my hands on some Parabolan but i am afraid i don't know too much about it. Can anyone give me some tips on how to use it and what it would be good to stack with. Thanks for input!
